How to Create a Buyer’s Account?
  1. Visit Gokaido.com and click Create an Account.

  2. Enter your preferred Username, Email Address, and Password on the registration page.

    Note: Your username cannot be changed once the account is created.

  3. Ensure all details are correct, then click Register.

  4. After registration, you will be redirected to the Setup Wizard.

  5. Click Collector to skip the Setup Wizard process.

  6. You will then be directed to Gokaido’s main page.

  7. You’re all set—start browsing products and enjoy shopping!

How to Checkout an Item?
  1. Log in to your account and browse the available items for sale.

  2. Select an item you’d like to purchase and specify the quantity.

  3. Click Add to Cart, and a sidebar will appear.

  4. Click View Cart to review your order and apply a coupon code (if you have one), then click Proceed to Checkout.

    • If you don’t have a code, simply select Checkout.

  5. On the Checkout Page, fill in the required Billing Details.

    • Ensure accuracy to avoid shipping issues.

  6. A breakdown of your total cost, including shipping, will be displayed on the right side of the page.

  7. Double-check all details, then click Place Order.

  8. After placing your order, you will be redirected to a confirmation page with a summary of your order and shipping details.

 
How to Contact a Vendor?
  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Hover over your Profile Icon, then click Messages.

  3. Search for the store name of the vendor you wish to contact.

  4. Click the vendor’s name and start typing your message.

  5. All incoming and outgoing messages from various shops can be viewed in your Home/Dashboard.

How to Return or Exchange an Item?
  1. Each vendor has a Return/Exchange Policy listed under their Shop Profile.

  2. To view a vendor’s policy:

    • Click Vendor List, then search for the specific vendor.

    • Inside their profile, navigate to Shop Policies to read the details.

    • Always review shop policies before placing an order to prevent issues.

  3. If anything is unclear or you have additional questions, feel free to reach out to the vendor.

 
How to Check Your Order Status?
  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Click your Profile Icon, then navigate to My Purchases.

  3. You’ll find details such as your order number and status in the My Purchases section.

  4. If your shipment is delayed, contact the vendor directly for updates.

 
Can I Become a Vendor After Signing Up as a Buyer?

Absolutely! Follow these steps to set up your vendor account:

  1. Click Vendor Dashboard under your Profile Icon.

  2. Inside the dashboard, click Start Vendoring. A pop-up will prompt you to Sign Up for Stripe.

  3. Click Sign up for Stripe and enter your Stripe account details. If you do not have a Stripe account register here.

  4. Click Add Payment Method > Select Direct to Stripe Express > Choose the Payment Method that works well for you.

  5. Complete the Stripe Account Setup on the redirected page.

  6. Fill in the required details and submit the form.

  7. Once your chosen Payment Method account is linked, you can start listing items on Gokaido. Happy Selling!
